Shipping policy

Your order will be dispatched via Hermes 4-5 Working Day Service.

  • Please double check the delivery address before purchasing; replacement items / refunds will not be given for incorrect delivery addresses.
  • Anything returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address will result in new delivery charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. There will be no delivery refunds on missing packages due to an incorrect address.
  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed; please send us a message for information about a guaranteed delivery upgrade.
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for UK delivery.
  • Delivery times are estimates, during busy periods sometimes there can be a small delay in dispatching your Item(s).
  • For Delivery to the Channel Islands there is a £10.00 surcharge, We will request this via paypal once you have ordered. If you do not wish to pay the surcharge you can cancel your order with us at any time.

We are not in the office at weekends.
